About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to teach and help prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. The company provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help instructors transition into education. The part-time instructor delivers Lincoln Tech’s established, ACCSC-accredited Medical Assisting curriculum, provides hands-on training in a medical laboratory, and prepares students for careers in healthcare and the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification.
• Teaching or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum.
• Provide hands-on skills training in the medical laboratory.
• Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT).
• Teach safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability.
• Monitor and communicate student progress.
• Create an engaging and motivating classroom environment.
