About The Position

SynergenX & Low T Center are leading providers of hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services. They are looking for motivated, compassionate Medical Assistants to join their growing team. The company provides two weeks of paid training for those without a Medical Assistant certification or license. The role offers valuable hands-on clinical experience in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; physical documentation required
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
• Basic computer skills required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
• Must be flexible with clinic hours, including occasional late hours and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
• Previous experience with venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform manual patient vital signs
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper quality control procedures
• Document and maintain accurate lab results and records
• Run in-house laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside facilities
• Ensure appropriate labs are ordered and prepared for each patient
• Complete weekly inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate patient care
