About The Position

The Medical Assistant Float Pool role is based at Ascension Menasha Midway Office Building in Menasha, Wisconsin. The position supports clinical care and clinic operations by preparing examination rooms, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, and documenting care records. The Medical Assistant assists physicians and registered nurses with ordered treatments and clinical procedures, manages phone inquiries and record keeping, and coordinates inventory ordering and supply stocking to help maintain an efficient, clean, safe, and organized care environment. The schedule is days with variable PRN hours. A BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire or job transfer. Candidates must have a high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience; applicable professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience.
