About The Position

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant to support its Littleton, Colorado practice. This full-time role provides hands-on clinical experience in a specialized healthcare field, working with a team delivering patient-centered fertility care. The position supports patients and physicians during clinical visits and procedures, performs specimen collection and processing, practices phlebotomy, and helps maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and clinical supplies. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for the listed benefits package.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program (certification in nursing/healthcare assistant studies) is preferred.
Completion of a Phlebotomy Program (certification) is preferred.
At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, or willingness to learn, is preferred.
Prior experience in fertility, OBGYN, or women’s healthcare is preferred.
Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare examination and procedure rooms.
Support patients during clinical visits and procedures.
Collect and process specimens for in-house and outside laboratories.
Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures.
Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked.
Perform phlebotomy.
Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
Provide patients with information about upcoming procedures and reassurance and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
