Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability — including days, evenings, and weekends
- Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure)
- Ability to pass a background check at time of hire
- Prior clinical experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history
- Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing
- Perform venipuncture and administer injections
- Assist providers with procedures and patient care
- Manage patient call-backs and provide education
- Set up and assist with sterile procedures
- Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies
- Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.)
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment
