About The Position
This is a hybrid Medical Assistant/Medical Support Representative role. The position involves chaperoning high-profile patients through all aspects of medical care, including enrollment, check-in, payment, imaging, and provider visits. Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 3 years of outpatient clinic experience
- Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program
- BLS (AHA or ARC only) certification
- HS/GED education
- Epic experience
- Patient check-in and enrollment experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele
