About The Position

This role involves providing medical assistance in an outpatient clinic setting. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for drawing blood, working with patients of all ages, and utilizing electronic health record systems. The position requires floating between different clinic locations as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of MA experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• HS/GED education.
• Recent experience/expertise with venipuncture.
• Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Draw 1-5 vials of blood from every patient.
• Work with Peds patients.
• Float to Culver IM/FM as required.
