About The Position
Bone & Joint is seeking an occasional-status Medical Assistant to join its Orthopedic team. The role works with orthopedic providers in a fast-paced environment to support patient care. Training is provided, with routine check-ins to support learning. Primary duties include rooming patients, taking vital signs and health histories, reporting relevant information to the treatment provider, and assisting with the plan of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Education or experience in Medical Assisting.
- CPR certification.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience or education in Medical Assisting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent organization and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Room patients.
