Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Recent, relevant experience in a medical office setting
CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Comfortable using EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.
Communicate clearly, manage your time well, and remain calm under pressure.
Can juggle multiple priorities, work independently when needed, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Patient-first mindset and a strong sense of accountability to your work.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary program is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care by collecting assessment data, supporting patients’ physical and emotional needs, and assisting with patient education.
Maintain professionalism during routine visits and unexpected situations alike, while ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
Work closely with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered care and ensure smooth clinic operations throughout the day.
Use our EMR and other software systems to keep patient records accurate, organized, and up to date, helping the team stay efficient, compliant, and focused on patient care.
