Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recent, relevant experience in a medical office setting
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Comfortable using EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.
  • Communicate clearly, manage your time well, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities, work independently when needed, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Patient-first mindset and a strong sense of accountability to your work.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary program is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care by collecting assessment data, supporting patients’ physical and emotional needs, and assisting with patient education.
  • Maintain professionalism during routine visits and unexpected situations alike, while ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Work closely with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered care and ensure smooth clinic operations throughout the day.
  • Use our EMR and other software systems to keep patient records accurate, organized, and up to date, helping the team stay efficient, compliant, and focused on patient care.
