Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant for its Internal Medicine team at the Battle Ground location. The role involves rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, and assisting with the overall delivery of patient care. The employee will receive additional hands-on training to work at the top of scope. Onsite training is expected, and the employee must obtain a Washington State Medical Assistant credential within the required timeframe and maintain it in active status throughout employment. EMTs and CNAs are welcome to apply. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $20.19–$28.27 per hour; the actual rate is commensurate with experience and licensure or certifications. A $2,500 hire bonus is available to eligible new hires, prorated by FTE and subject to repayment terms and applicable tax withholding. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in these areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic. The Clinic offers a competitive Total Rewards Program. Benefit eligibility depends on factors such as position type and FTE; benefit-eligible employees qualify beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. Compensation packages and time-off programs vary by department, position type, primary work state, and FTE. Offers are contingent on successful completion of background screening and immunization requirements. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available. The workplace is alcohol- and drug-free, and Vancouver Clinic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
