Certified Medical Assistant
About The Position
Frontier Dermatology is seeking a certified or registered Medical Assistant to support dermatology providers and patient care. The role is based in Centralia and may require travel to nearby locations as needed. Medical Assistants work in a fast-paced environment and assist providers with procedures, room patients, provide patient education, and perform daily patient-care tasks. The position has a typical schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly wage range is $21.00–$31.00, with pay dependent on factors including work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability. Frontier Dermatology is a collective of dermatology practices throughout Washington and Oregon. Requirements
- Must be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health.
- High school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
