About The Position

A full-time Medical Assistant is sought for a spine and pain management practice, supporting physicians across offices in Sherman, Greenville, and McKinney, Texas. The role supports patient visits and day-to-day office operations. Candidates willing to travel between the locations are preferred; the practice may consider part-time employment at one office for a suitable candidate. Pre-med students may be a good fit.

Requirements

• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered.
• Comfortable working independently and switching between tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel between the Sherman, Greenville, and McKinney offices is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience is preferred; the practice may train the right person.
• Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR or other EMR systems is helpful.
• Pre-med students may be a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians during patient visits.
• Take and record vital signs and update patient charts.
• Support basic front-desk operations as needed.
• Help maintain an efficient daily office workflow.
• Use Microsoft Office tools.
