About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based, statewide travel role where you will visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms. The focus is on preventive care, including Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, with an emphasis on building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits. You will support seniors and families in their homes and document visits using modern EMR tools. This role offers the opportunity to help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes, identifying health concerns early, and improving access to care for communities across Colorado.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
