About The Position

QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant in Greensboro, North Carolina, to work on an as-needed basis. The role supports providers in delivering patient care and keeping the practice running smoothly. The practice provides medical dermatology, skin cancer care, and cosmetic treatments, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
Understanding of medical terminology, especially in dermatology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for examinations by recording vital signs and medical histories.
Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
Prepare instruments, equipment, and procedure rooms.
Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle specimens for analysis.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Coordinate patient scheduling and office communications.
Educate patients about treatments, medications, and appropriate skincare.
Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
