About The Position

We are seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Medical Assistant to perform routine administrative and clinical assignments that keep the medical office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized and takes initiative to get tasks completed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare.
• Must be organized.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience giving injections and taking vital signs.
• Must speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
• Assist with scheduling tests.
• Handle and answer external and internal phone calls.
• Perform data entry.
• Maintain the medicine cabinet and refrigerator.
• Log samples and medications received.
• Perform routine injections.
