Requirements
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona
Nice To Haves
- LPN or RN certification is an asset
- Previous experience as physician’s assistant or in the Medical Aesthetics Industry
- Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, EMR
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
Responsibilities
- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
- Assist physicians with procedures and work as their extender in fostering a positive relationship.
- Maintain patient charts in Patient Management System.
- Receive inventory
- Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
- Work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
