Our growing outpatient wellness practice in The Villages, Florida is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to practice in a modern, patient-centered environment focused on improving quality of life through personalized wellness and aesthetic treatments.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant
• Florida Medical License

Nice To Haves

• Passion for wellness and patient education
• Experience in aesthetics, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, or primary care is a plus
• Interest in Botox, GLP-1 therapies, and cosmetic treatments
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Preferred Experience in Aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wellness evaluations and follow-up care
• Manage medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 therapies
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox and other cosmetic procedures (or receive training if experienced in wellness with a strong interest in aesthetics)
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in a supportive outpatient setting
