About The Position
The Medical Assistant supports the operation of the Family Medical Center clinical practice by performing administrative and clinical tasks. The role assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital-sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The Medical Assistant also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and helps ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Successfully complete an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Obtain MA certification or registration within one year of hire.
