Medical Assistant (MA): Silvis Family Practice
About The Position
The Medical Assistant supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing administrative and clinical tasks. The role assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. The Medical Assistant also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and helps ensure a positive patient experience. This position is based at Silvis Family Practice (Larson Center) in Silvis, Illinois. The schedule is 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on the day shift from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pay range is $18.25–$27.37 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Requirements
- Successfully completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- MA certification or registration is preferred before hire and required within one year.
