Community Health Care Wadsworth is seeking Medical Assistants (CMA/MA), STNAs, Phlebotomists, and LPNs who are passionate about helping others. The office is energetic, team-oriented, and dedicated to excellent patient-centered care. The role involves patient assessments, clinical procedures, patient follow-up and phone triage, assistance with office procedures, and maintaining examination rooms.

Requirements

• Must be a Medical Assistant, LPN, STNA, or Phlebotomist.
• Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and ability to use critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children in a manner consistent with their understanding.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive teamwork approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and associated documentation, including obtaining vital signs, verifying patient history and medications, and acquiring the chief complaint.
• Perform patient procedures such as injections, EKGs, urinalysis, ear irrigations, and breathing treatments.
• Engage in effective patient follow-up and phone triage.
• Assist in office procedures when necessary.
• Maintain examination rooms.
