Green Family Practice is seeking Medical Assistants (CMA/MA), STNAs, Phlebotomists, and LPNs to float to other offices. The offices are energetic, team-oriented, and dedicated to patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Be a Medical Assistant, LPN, STNA, or Phlebotomist.
- Have a strong knowledge of medical office procedures and use critical-thinking skills.
- Communicate effectively with adults and children in a manner consistent with their understanding.
- Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Take a positive, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient assessments and associated documentation, including obtaining vital signs, verifying patient history and medications, and acquiring the chief complaint.
- Perform patient procedures, including injections, EKGs, urinalysis, ear irrigations, and breathing treatments.
- Engage in patient follow-up and phone triage.
- Assist in office procedures when necessary.
- Maintain examination rooms.
