About The Position
This role involves leading and empowering clinic staff, delivering direct patient care, supporting provider workflows, and ensuring operational excellence and safety within an Ascension Medical Group Clinic in Zionsville, IN.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years ambulatory setting experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower clinic staff by directing hiring, onboarding, daily workflows, and performance development to foster a high-performing, supportive patient care team.
- Deliver direct patient care by preparing exam rooms, gathering vital signs, and conducting patient interviews to ensure smooth appointments and accurate medical histories.
- Support provider workflows by assisting physicians and registered nurses with clinical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
- Ensure operational excellence and safety by guiding team compliance with clinical policies, regulatory standards, and departmental quality protocols.
