About The Position

Rebound is hiring two full-time Medical Assistants to join our Orthopedics team. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, energy, and a can-do attitude, along with a desire to learn and collaborate as part of a team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work closely with both patients and providers in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a clinical setting
Current BLS certification
Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures
Strong desire to provide exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Responsibilities

Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with chart documentation
Take vital signs and support patient flow throughout the clinic
Prepare exam rooms and instruments; stock supplies as needed
Assist physicians and APPs with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments
Review appointment schedules and assist the call center with physician schedules
Ensure lab reports, imaging, and other clinical information are available to providers
Distribute outpatient materials and provide patient instruction as appropriate
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
