About The Position
Frontier Dermatology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant Float to support its dermatology practices in Federal Way and Olympia. The role involves assisting providers with procedures, rooming patients, providing patient education, and completing daily patient-care tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position offers variety and the opportunity to learn about dermatology while supporting the practice’s commitment to quality care.
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months of related healthcare experience, or equivalent trade school experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Room patients.
- Assist providers with procedures.
- Provide patient education.
