About The Position
Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified to join its Cardiology team at the 87th Ave location in Vancouver, Washington. The role supports high-quality patient care by rooming patients, collecting and documenting patient information, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certification from a national certifying entity, such as AAMA, NCCT, AMT, or NHA.
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
- Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas.
Responsibilities
- Room patients.
- Collect and document patient information.
- Prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist with procedures.
- Support the overall delivery of high-quality patient care.
