About The Position

The Media Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all legal documents are timely and accurately downloaded and entered into the firm’s case management system.

Requirements

  • At least one year in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team productivity and efficiency in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff
  • At least three years administrative or clerical experience where use of Adobe and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point was required
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, printer, scanner, and computer; proficient with internet research
  • Ability to effectively analyze and creatively solve problems
  • Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume fast paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a coordinated team
  • Organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage
  • Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
  • Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all legal documents are reviewed, downloaded, and entered into the firm's case management system
  • Ensure account documents provided by the firm's clients are analyzed and processed
  • Ensure appropriate and necessary documentation is saved properly within the firm's case management system
  • Ensure all documents are redacted as required
  • Obtain additional documentation from clients as needed to complete suit filing
  • Assist with the training and development of the media team
  • All other duties as assigned by leadership
