About The Position

The Specialist, reporting to the Manager, will be responsible for assisting the team with 360 media planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns across a variety of internal consumer brands. A successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills to manage, team processes, upkeep of documentation, and campaign reporting/trafficking. This individual will also support and collaborate in the development of Tier 2 and 3 media plans, ensuring high quality execution working with multi-functional teams. The candidate needs to be client-obsessed and a team player, ensuring our partners receive an exceptional level of service and attention to campaign optimizations. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of direct experience in developing, implementing, and executing media campaigns on client or agency side including budget and project management
  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams across internal and external clients.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Communications/ Media/ Marketing/ Advertising or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and/or lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 media programs from brief through creative trafficking, billing, and post-campaign reporting across national, market-specific, and store-level initiatives in partnership with agencies and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal media teams, external agencies, and creative partners to traffic and deliver campaign assets.
  • Partner with brand teams and the Loblaw Agency to support the development and execution of 360° campaign strategies.
  • Review digital, social, and search performance metrics, providing timely recommendations to address issues and optimize results.
  • Support financial management through BCR tracking, invoice approvals, and creation of purchase orders and scope-of-work documents.
  • Maintain project timelines with work-back schedules, secure stakeholder approvals, and provide regular status updates to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate proactively with team leads, internal partners, and agencies to adjust strategies in response to changing market or competitive conditions.
