The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) is seeking an organized, outgoing, and technically skilled Media Production Coordinator/Studio Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our media production department and recording studios. This role is responsible for coordinating studio use, managing production projects, maintaining equipment and media assets, and ensuring the quality of content produced by the department. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people as much as working with technology. Strong communication, organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and keep production running smoothly. This position plays a key role in producing content that serves the Christian mental health community, works across production, technology, project management, and studio operations, and helps oversee professional recording studios, equipment, and production resources. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate and build relationships with presenters, national mental health leaders, staff, and creative team members on a variety of projects, and may involve travel to national events to support course recordings and live event production.
