About The Position

The Media Coordinator is the glue that keeps our traditional media team running smoothly. Part organizer, part problem-solver, and part media wizard, this role supports three key areas of the media department: media trafficking, media finance, and media buying support. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring creative assets make it from our team to media partners on time and in tip-top shape; whether that's broadcast TV spots, radio commercials, print and magazine ads, or eye-catching outdoor creative. You'll also help keep the data flowing by gathering traditional media impression metrics for our analytics team and supporting media finance through client pre-billing and reconciliation. Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and exceptionally organized. If you love checking things off a list, catching the details others miss, juggling multiple priorities, and collaborating with a great team to make big things happen, you'll fit right in.
