About The Position

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our hands-on Medley:Onramp training program will teach you everything you need to know about platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, plus the strategies that make them work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • Passion for marketing and advertising, along with a desire to dig deeper into what makes good advertising great.
  • Solid working knowledge of spreadsheets (know the basic functions and an advanced formula or two).
  • Enjoy diving into and talking about data, numbers, rates, and what they could all mean for your clients and campaigns.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities like a pro.
  • Are a leader in your own right—whether you captained a team, led a student org, or carried group projects across the finish line.
  • Have a drive to keep learning, growing, and asking “what’s next?"
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top platforms.
  • Target audiences, A/B test ad copy, and measure success using metrics like CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA.
  • Interpret complex data and share insights that matter.
  • Craft reports and explain trends to clients.
  • Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics while applying formulas, functions, and calculations to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver results.
