About The Position

Gupta Media is seeking a Media Coordinator to play a key role in launching paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. The company offers a hands-on Medley:Onramp training program to teach essential skills and strategies for platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. The role involves mastering digital marketing by building, optimizing, and managing campaigns, understanding audience targeting, A/B testing, and measuring success with metrics like CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA. It also requires developing strong communication skills to interpret data and share insights, as well as leveraging analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics to uncover trends and solve problems.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • Passion for marketing and advertising.
  • Solid working knowledge of spreadsheets, including basic functions and advanced formulas.
  • Enjoy diving into and talking about data, numbers, rates, and their implications for clients and campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., captained a team, led a student organization, carried group projects).
  • Drive to keep learning, growing, and asking "what's next?"
  • Authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.

Nice To Haves

  • Backgrounds in neuroscience, finance, psychology, or music.
  • Experience as a DJ, cake boss, bedazzler, world traveler, rock singer, athlete, or poet.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top digital marketing platforms.
