Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying (preferably in e-commerce or CPG brands)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and achieve strong ROAS
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards
- Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, or other channels
- Experience managing seasonal campaigns or product launches in CPG brands
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms
- Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video)
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive
