About The Position

This role offers significant autonomy and ownership for individuals who are ready to drive outcomes at scale, moving beyond traditional approval-based workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven DTC or e-commerce media buying background with clear evidence of profitable scale.
  • Minimum $1M/month in managed spend with documented profitability.
  • Hands-on creative strategy experience, understanding hooks, angles, and offer conversion drivers.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, GA4, and modern attribution (CAPI, blended models, post-purchase surveys).
  • Track record of cracking new offers without existing in-house content.
  • Experience recruiting and managing creative/editorial teams.
  • Comfortable in a high-autonomy environment where leadership is expected.
  • AI-literate, actively using AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end, primarily on Meta, with the freedom to explore and launch new channels.
  • Develop creative strategy, lead production pods, optimize funnels, and manage performance reporting.
  • Translate business goals into channel plans, budgets, and testing roadmaps.
  • Lead the creative engine, including concept pipeline, hook development, angle testing, offer framing, and format iteration across different awareness stages.
  • Run a high-velocity testing cadence for creative concepts, variations, scaling, and refreshing.
  • Recruit and manage video editors as the team expands, leveraging internal AI video production tools.
  • Drive conversion rate improvements across various funnel stages (landing pages, PDPs, quizzes, pre-sells, bundles, checkout) by structuring and executing experiments on offers, pricing, page layouts, and merchandising.
  • Build and maintain clean measurement systems, including UTMs, CAPI/Stape, GA4, attribution triangulation, and creative-level scorecards.
  • Conduct weekly pacing reviews, daily performance checks, and product-level playbooks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with offers, promotions, inventory, and retention teams.
  • Set strategy with high autonomy within defined profit targets and quality standards.
