HairClub is building a fully in-house, high-performance media engine, and this role is for someone who wants to be in the driver’s seat. You will manage and optimize $1M–$2M+ in monthly media spend across Google, Bing, and Meta—owning performance from strategy to execution. This is not an agency coordination role. This is a hands-on operator position where you are in-platform daily, making decisions that directly impact revenue. HairClub is making a significant investment in building a best-in-class, in-house performance marketing engine—and this role is at the center of it. You won’t be managing agencies or waiting on reports. You’ll be in the platforms, in the data, driving decisions that directly impact revenue.
