About The Position

HairClub is building a fully in-house, high-performance media engine, and this role is for someone who wants to be in the driver’s seat. You will manage and optimize $1M–$2M+ in monthly media spend across Google, Bing, and Meta—owning performance from strategy to execution. This is not an agency coordination role. This is a hands-on operator position where you are in-platform daily, making decisions that directly impact revenue. HairClub is making a significant investment in building a best-in-class, in-house performance marketing engine—and this role is at the center of it. You won’t be managing agencies or waiting on reports. You’ll be in the platforms, in the data, driving decisions that directly impact revenue. This is a rare opportunity to own meaningful budgets at scale, have direct, visible impact on growth, and help build and shape a modern acquisition engine. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly budgets across paid channels
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing/Microsoft Ads
  • Highly analytical—you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
  • Relentless optimizer—you’re never satisfied with “good enough”
  • You thrive in environments where performance is visible and measurable

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Daily budget management and optimization across large-scale spend
  • Campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Performance metrics including CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Ongoing testing across creative, copy, landing pages, and audiences
  • Identifying inefficiencies and unlocking new growth opportunities
  • Scaling campaigns while maintaining strict efficiency targets
  • Managing significant spend with full accountability for performance
  • Balancing aggressive growth targets with efficiency metrics
  • Operating without agency layers—you own the outcome
  • Moving quickly—testing, learning, and iterating in real time

Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000
  • Bonus: 15% performance-based
  • Total Comp: $110,000
