This role is for a Media & Ad Sales Marketing Manager to support V2's expansion into global and high-growth media and ad sales markets by scaling their multi-channel marketing efforts. The position is key, working directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and SVP of Alliances & Business Development to shape V2's external presence across various channels, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and industry conferences. The role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, operating across both strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to take a project from kickoff to completion with end-to-end program ownership.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to measure, learn, and optimize campaigns using data.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services marketing, understanding B2B sales cycles and brand building.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a startup mentality ('figure things out', 'move fast and iterate').
  • Media and ad sales fluency or experience in the advertising ecosystem is a strong differentiator.
  • Independent creative production skills (writing, design, content production) that maintain brand consistency.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub (required).
  • Proficiency with AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, or similar for daily productivity (required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot ecosystem, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, pipelines, segmentation, and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of a flagship thought leadership vehicle, covering content strategy, production coordination, audience development, and event programming.
  • Create and refine thought leadership content, including writing and editing, to position V2 as a leading voice in ad sales transformation, working with senior leadership.
  • Assist in managing V2's digital footprint, including website performance, SEO/AEO, UX improvements, and ensuring the online presence is current and on-brand.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn and other social media channels to build V2's brand voice and community.
  • Design, build, and optimize email marketing programs for prospect nurturing, client engagement, and thought leadership amplification.
  • Generate KPI dashboards, reports, and insights to measure marketing activity against business outcomes and inform campaign optimization.
  • Coordinate logistics for industry events and conferences, including speaking engagements, sponsorships, and overall presence in media, ad sales, and technology ecosystems.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated lead generation strategies across content, digital, events, and outbound campaigns.
  • Partner with the SVP of Alliances & Business Development on co-marketing and alliance activities with platform partners like Salesforce, Databricks, and HubSpot.
