About The Position

A manufacturing, fabrication, and repair facility in Twinsburg, Ohio to hire a Mechanical Technician. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience as a mechanic, mechanical assembler, or service technician. The Company is offering comprehensive, hands-on training to candidates who possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, automotive repair, or a related field.
• Familiarity or prior experience using standard precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read technical documentation, record clear written reports, and follow precise mechanical instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced industrial machine, fabrication, and repair shop.
• Strong desire to expand your technical skill set through company-provided training.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery and rotating equipment received for maintenance and repair.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and vernier calipers, to perform dimensional inspections on critical components.
• Accurately record inspection findings, measurements, and repair data on written service reports.
• Work under the direction of the Shop Mechanical Foreman to meet strict repair schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within a fast-paced job shop environment.
