About The Position

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning through project completion, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. This role is responsible for project leadership, budget management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client relations, and overall project performance while supporting NOOTER's commitment to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related filed; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
  • Experience in construction estimating, cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and project financial management.
  • Experience leading field teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional construction personnel.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction project management software.
  • Experience managing project safety, quality, schedule, and operational performance.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning through project completion.
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects.
  • Manage project leadership, budget, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client relations, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate project teams, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Review project schedules, manpower plans, financial reports, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Monitor quality and safety performance across active job sites.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, communicating project status, addressing challenges, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders on project objectives.
  • Collaborate with office and field personnel.
  • Oversee contract administration.
  • Support resource planning.
  • Evaluate project risks.
  • Make critical decisions impacting productivity, schedule performance, cost management, and successful project delivery.
