The Mechanical Maintenance and Operations Technician II is a highly skilled team member, providing expertise in the upkeep of the park and all its amenities. As a fluent communicator, duties would include training others and being the vital link of information on the necessities of the park, so it can operate efficiently. Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Four years of experience in the maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.
- Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Experience in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis.
- Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Performs General Maintenance of facilities and equipment
- General skillset in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and grounds
- Works on special projects to upkeep and restore and rejuvenate the park
