Requirements

No experience required — we will train you!!
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to read a tape measure
Comfortable climbing ladders and working on active construction sites
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Responsibilities

Learn and apply techniques for installing mechanical insulation
Install insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and mechanical systems in both new construction and remodel projects
Work with HVAC systems (round and square ductwork), Plumbing systems (pipe and fittings), and Process systems (tanks, valves, and equipment)
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines
Demonstrate a positive, team-focused attitude
Keep job sites clean and organized
Complete basic job-related paperwork
Perform additional duties as directed by your supervisor
