About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Mechanical Engineering Technicians in Fremont, CA. As a Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will regularly inspect production equipment such as Server LIFT, electrical pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to ensure optimal performance. You will also troubleshoot and repair any issues with manufacturing fixtures/Equipment (server lifters, pallet jacks, hardware carts, racks etc.). You will install liquid cooling related equipment with vendors, set up parameters of the equipment, and operate liquid cooling related machines such as liquid filling machines and melting machines. You will handle, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide training to operators of production liquid cooling systems. Additionally, you will be capable of running cables, pulling wires, changing fuses, and installing electrical service equipment. You will also install and coordinate with the facility team to set up production testing stations. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

Responsibilities

Regularly inspecting production equipment such as Server LIFT, electrical pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting and repairing any issues with manufacturing fixtures/Equipment (sever lifters, pallet jacks, hardware carts, racks etc.)
Install liquid cooling related equipment with vendor, set up parameter of the equipment.
Operating liquid cooling related machines such as liquid filling machine, melting machine.
Handle, maintain, troubleshooting and provide training to operators of production liquid cooling systems.
Capable of running cables, pull wires, change fuse, install electrical service equipment.
Install and coordinate with facility team to set up production testing stations.
