About The Position

PegasusTSI is seeking an early-career Mechanical Engineer. The role works under the direct supervision of a Senior Mechanical or Piping Engineer and supports industrial clients in the United States and internationally. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid work schedule and an onsite office requirement. It also involves client meetings and site visits in industrial environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with studies in Industrial Equipment, Piping Systems, and Hydraulics.
• Ability to obtain Engineer in Training (EIT) licensure.
• One or more years of experience.
• Basic AutoCAD drafting knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings of mechanical equipment.
• Review codes and standards for technical compliance.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Perform calculations.
• Attend meetings with clients and conduct site visits in industrial environments.
