About The Position

Re:Build Fikst is hiring mechanical engineers for product development work in its Wilmington, Massachusetts consulting environment. The role offers experience developing designs, building and testing prototypes, and using test results to refine and improve designs. Engineers collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop new technologies and bring products to market, in a hands-on culture of experimentation and building. Work may involve the company’s CNC machining and turning centers, 3D printers, laser cutters, and scientific and engineering equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Broad technical background and desire to learn more.
• Experience with 3D CAD.

Nice To Haves

• SolidWorks experience is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, sheet metal, or casting.
• Experience designing biomedical products or industrial automation.

Responsibilities
