Mechanical Engineer III
About The Position
The R&D Engineer III will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, sales, vendors, and product management teams. Responsibilities include part design, 3D CAD modeling, component and material selection, qualification of new materials and components, assembly design, and engineering documentation. This role will support execution against the product roadmap established by product management to help drive growth and expansion of product lines through new product innovation, value engineering, sustaining engineering, and product improvement. Some lab work may be required. Willingness to wear PPE and perform hands on work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5-10 years experience in a mechanical engineering / research & development capacity
- Good collaborative communication

- Background in water or electrochemistry is very helpful
