S/He must possess the communication ability, technical expertise, creativity, and internal drive to create designs that are recognized as best- in-class in the hearing aid industry. The Mechanical Engineer must be able to work well in a team environment and have a passion for continuous improvement. Mechanical Engineer II signifies that at least 50% of the competencies of the next higher career “track” have been achieved.
