The Mechanical Coordinator is generally responsible for supervision and technical direction over the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team. This role coordinates lessons learned, process improvements, and Quality training efforts. Work at this level requires extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and will be performed under minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities include training teammates on QA/QC regulations and Codes and Standards, establishing and communicating a safe work environment, planning and organizing the team's work, developing assigned personnel, and maintaining control of the Company QA/QC efforts by ensuring execution systems are in place to maintain performance, budget progress, schedule commitments, and quality standards. Familiarity with and utilization of office standards is also expected.
