About The Position

Primary (Owner, OG&E) project contact for ensuring EPC Contractor completeness of mechanical systems monitoring and coordinating with the OG&E Projects team. The Mechanical Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and reporting on all mechanical construction activities. This role supports the Owner by ensuring field execution aligns with scope, schedule, quality, and safety expectations—while also generating clear, accurate, and timely daily site reports using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard tools. Coordinator takes photos of in-progress work for inclusion in the daily site log and storage in the Project SharePoint archive. The Mechanical Coordinator takes direction and supports the Project construction manager while supporting the overall project success goals driven by the Project Manager. The coordinator ensures contractor and personal safety in all work activities.

Requirements

EPC experience
10+ years mechanical construction experience
Power generation/heavy industrial background
P&ID interpretation
Contractor oversight
Quality inspections
Commissioning support
Advanced Excel
SharePoint
Reporting

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10/30 preferred
Gas turbine experience preferred

Responsibilities
