About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Assembler to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components. The role includes ensuring parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product, using hands or machines to assemble them precisely. The successful candidate will have technical knowledge and manual dexterity, and be able to read and precisely follow instructions in manuals, drawings, and schematics.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined, with an interest in hands-on work.
• Able to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
• Comfortable using hand tools and handheld power tools.
• Able to follow directions from a lead worker and work well with a team.
• Willing to learn and work in an HVAC manufacturing environment.
• Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity.
• Able to read and precisely follow manuals, drawings, and schematics.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical wiring experience.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams.
• Brazing experience.
