About The Position

WAGO is seeking an individual to work under direct but limited supervision, ensuring production follows systems and meets established requirements. The position builds DIN-rail terminal block assemblies according to specifications, drawings, and instructions. After training, the employee may also cut and punch custom DIN rails, assist with material handling, operate marking equipment, conduct product inspections, and help train new or temporary employees. Additional job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
Ability to read and write in English.
Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
Ability to meet established deadlines and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience with hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

Build DIN-rail terminal block assemblies according to specifications, drawings, and instructions.
Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated.
Comply with WAGO Corporation and OSHA safety policies.
Perform procedures established under ISO 9001:2015 for Mechanical Assembly.
Once trained, cut and punch custom DIN rails to required specifications.
Assist with material handling, from product pulling through final inspection.
Operate an ink jet machine, marker plotter, and print markers.
Perform in-process and final inspections of products built in the mechanical assembly area.
Assist in training new or temporary employees in mechanical assembly procedures.
