As a Mechanical Assembler you'll help build and assemble critical power management and control systems used in data centers, utilities, and industrial power applications. You'll join a fast-growing team in a modern facility where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key. Production begins in Fall 2026, creating exciting opportunities for career growth in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar hands-on technical experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, technical documentation, and visual work aids.
  • Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and work overtime as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, lifting equipment, and assembly documentation.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, work instructions, visual aids, and verbal directions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing to verify product quality and workmanship.
  • Utilize barcode scanners, torque tools, rivet guns, and other production equipment as required.
  • Accurately track production progress and maintain required documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S and safety standards.
  • Identify and communicate quality, productivity, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
