About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join the manufacturing team. The successful candidate will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery and equipment to support efficient production of high-quality products. The role requires manual dexterity, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to follow established procedures and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to install, assemble, and sub-assemble components.
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specified tolerances and operational requirements.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor product quality, identify defective items, and re-manufacture or discard faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements as needed.
